A figurehead of a classroom plays a huge role in addressing the challenges of every students, carrying a critical guidance in terms of economic and psychological necessities.          Most students are having financial problems. However, teachers (as a figurehead) they are considering the economic backgrounds of students , they ensure that resources and material are accessible for all students. This may involve providing extra materials and offering a little amount of money.
